What next?

You are required to complete two copies of the form and send them to your chosen examination centre (excluding London) as soon as possible. Please do not send the entry form directly to CeFiMS or the University of London Examination Division.

You should contact your centre as soon as possible to confirm that they will be able to provide the examination services on the scheduled dates. It will be helpful if you take a copy of the examination timetable and pass it on to the centre. The deadline for returning the completed and signed examination entry forms is 31 July 2011. This should be returned by post. Some centres may forward entry forms on your behalf to the University of London, so please check with your centre to see if they provide this service.

Full details on completing and returning the entry forms are included in the Exam Entry Pack.
